IBC is a full service bar coding, labeling & data collection equipment manufacturer. One of its products…the PA-1000 a robust line of Printer-Applicators has been designed to address print and apply labeling needs in high speed industrial manufacturing operations. IBC is able to ensure label adhesion through the life cycle of the product through to the point of scanning for shipping at the plant or at checkout from the store.

IBC has PA-1000 Printer – Applicators and Preprinted Label Applicators successfully installed and operating throughout North America and can apply on the ends, top or bottom of all products up to 240 pieces per minute using either Blow On, Wipe On, Tamp or Roll On methods. Products like: Cases, Boxes, Pallets, Crates, Jars & Bottles, Vehicles, Animals and even People are all perfectly suited for IBC high speed automated label application.

The need to print & apply sharp, scannable bar code labels without the expense and trouble of stocking many different preprinted labels has expanded since the late 1980’s. IBC’s position in the wood product industry began through its founder Chris Pedersen who participated in and co-authored the standards and guidelines now used through his committee work with the NFPA (National Forest Products Association) and AFPA (American Forest and Paper Association).

IBC’s emergence as the leading manufacturer of industry specific Printer-Applicators for this expanding market has been marked by steady growth since 1993. With specialized solutions targeting rigorous demanding industries, IBC is well positioned to expand its market share into wineries and other manufacturers and with an excellent after sales service and customer support program in place.

IBC has 13 employees and expects to see Radio Frequency Identification grow rapidly over the next 3 – 5 year window. IBC through it’s new subsidiary Global Tag & Label Inc now manufacturers Tags and Labels for Wineries, Mills, and manufacturers of all types throughout North America, Asia & Europe.
