General Summary:

IBC is a comprehensive technology solution partner for SMB’s, Enterprises, and Public Agencies. With 20+ years’ experience in bar coding, labeling solutions, enterprise computing, inventory management, and Point of Sale (POS) IBC’s customers span a broad range of industries across the world. To help us grow, IBC is looking for a Sales Co-op student interested in providing technology solutions to customers.

  • Diploma, College, or university degree
  • or currently enrolled as a student



  • 1-2 years
  • Proposal and presentation experience



  • Prospect and generate new business in new and existing markets
  • Visiting & cold calling customers
  • Qualify opportunities quickly and negotiate sales opportunities up to $300,000
  • Manage projects from customer needs through to completion
  • Provide forecasting and sales pipeline updates
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management software



  • Willing to sign 36 month non-compete non-disclosure agreement (Sales)
  • Able to travel across Canada/US
  • Able to occasionally lift 35-40lbs boxes
  • Able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to pass drug test
