Alstep S With Albelt Label Applicator

The Alstep is a low-cost, compact unit for self-adhesive labels designed to be easily integrated into existing low speed production lines. Uses label rolls up to 20″ diameter and includes cooling fan. Standard version produces 50mmin. Economic version is also available and produces 15mmin. This system comes with 1 Alstep S labeling head, 1 label tracing by fork photosensor for Non-Transparent labels, 1 product tracing by photocell, 1 unwind unit 300mm12inch diameter, 1 rigid peeler bar with adapting roller mounted onto spring-loaded bracket, 1 cross rod mounting bracket, 1 Albelt conveyor consisting of single belt.
