International Bar Coding Systems & Consulting Inc. (IBC) warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under recommended use and service. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at our plant any part which in our judgment upon inspection is defective as stated above, provided that notice of such defect is given to us and the article is returned to our plant within the 365 day period from the date that the article is delivered. All warranties issued by manufacturers and third parties will be handled directly by buyer with technical assistance and support from IBC. Return privileges vary by manufacturer. International Bar Coding Systems & Consulting hereby offers a 30 day money back guarantee to any end user with products supplied by IBC that do not perform as promised or advertised. As an industry leading data management company, International Bar Coding Systems & Consulting Inc. is committed to supplying quality products in a timely manner at a fair market price with superior after sales service and support.


Complaints regarding damage in transit, shortage or non-delivery will be entertained only if lodged by the buyer within 14 days of invoice or receipt of goods whichever is the earlier.

Limitations of sellers liability

It is expressly understood and agreed that this warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of parts as above and does not extend to any consequential costs or losses occasioned by the purchaser, whether through the loss of production, effect of production or otherwise arising out of or in any manner connected with any failure covered by this warranty or otherwise.

Force majeure

The performance of all contracts is subject to variation or cancellation by the seller owing to acts of Government, strikes, lock-outs, riots or other industrial disputes, industrial accidents, material or labor shortages, fires, or floods whether affecting the seller or those furnishing or transporting materials to the seller, or for delay in transportation or for any cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the seller and the seller shall not be responsible for any inability to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any such contingency.


No salesman or agent may authorize any departure from these conditions, which shall govern transactions except as otherwise specifically agreed in writing by an Officer of the Company.

Customers Conditions

These terms and conditions shall take precedence over any terms and conditions contained in any other documents forming part of the contract between the Seller and the Buyer whether such other document is dated or delivered before or after this document unless the contrary is expressly agreed to in writing by an Officer of the Seller.


No merchandise, whether defective or otherwise, will be accepted for return unless previously authorized in writing by the Company. Product non-performance will be handled on a case by case basis and will not be accepted without an RMA number issued by IBC. No custom goods, specialized hardware, or software will be returned and the buyer assumes all responsibility for goods.

Refusal of Shipments

Refusal of shipment releases seller from any and all obligations to deliver said goods. Refusal of shipment holds buyer responsible for any and all costs incurred by seller or third party, be it material, storage, shipping, or auction charges.


Quotations are subject to confirmation on receipt of order.


All orders received are subject to acceptance by I.B.C. International Bar Coding Systems & Consulting Inc.
