MELTERS FOR HOT MELTS

Robatech melters gently and reliably melt and deliver thermoplastic or reactive hot melt adhesives . They process hot melts in the form of granules, cushions, blocks, or drums.
  • Robatech adhesive melters are easy to integrate into systems.
  • The units can be operated intuitively and safely.
  • Thanks to modular design and long backward compatibility, the adhesive melters are durable, can be expanded at any time, and are optimized for efficient spare parts inventory.

For safe, efficient filling with granules, the Concept, Vision, and JumboFlex melters can be optionally equipped with the automatic filling system consisting of RobaFeed 3 and GlueFill.
