Lumber Tag Pricing Update: New Bursting Attachment

IBCs Standard Fastagger Tags are a high strength rugged synthetic tag used for tracking, branding, and bar coding wood products using a tag stapler like the Weber Fastagger 2 or IBC Lumber Tag Applicator. Using Fastagger Tags and a Tag Stapler gives you the easiest semi-automated solution for getting bar codes on treated and non-treated wood products, and getting them ready for retail; without requiring costly plant modifications or space allocation for fully automated applicators like the IBC PA10G Label Printer Applicator. Available as blanks or with custom print available you can choose the colours, reverse print, and in 3 standard sizes: 11/16″x1-3/8″, 7/8″x1-3/8″, and 7/8″x2-3/4″.

IBC Update

Previous IBC tag production required labour intensive multi-step processes that limited economies of scale to smaller quantities. IBC has now added a press mounted in-line automated tag bursting adapter which both reduces the amount of steps needed to produce tags, and requires much less labour, increasing economies of scale and lowering cost per tag in larger order volumes.
